How Our Policy Works:

    It is our upmost priority to ensure the safety of our riders. If for any reason our guides feel it is unsafe for a customer to ride due to any reason we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason for the safety of the rider, the group or the horse.
